The Rolling Hills Library celebrated a major construction milestone with a topping-out ceremony for its new branch, the Riverside Library, as the final steel beam was placed ahead of schedule. This special beam, salvaged from the old North Belt Library branch, was signed by nearly 300 community members, symbolizing the transition to the new facility. With the steel structure complete, crews will now focus on enclosing the building, aiming for an anticipated opening in the spring of next year.
