Savannah Man Charged in Fatal St. Joseph Hit-and-Run

A Savannah, Missouri man, 28-year-old Steven M. Richardson, faces felony charges of involuntary manslaughter and leaving the scene of a fatal accident. Richardson allegedly struck and killed a pedestrian with his vehicle on December 1, 2024, in St. Joseph, subsequently hitting a house before fleeing the scene on foot. He is currently being held on a $25,000 bond.
