Looking for a new companion this Fourth of July? The St. Joseph Animal Shelter is holding a special adoption event from July 1 to July 3, offering reduced fees for dogs and cats. Dog adoption fees will be determined by a spin of a price wheel, ranging from $5 to $50, while cats and kittens will be available for a flat fee of $25. The shelter, located at 701 Southwest Lower Lake Road, will be open for adoptions from 1:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. daily during the event.
