St. Joseph Police Seek Driver in Hit-and-Run

St. Joseph police are investigating an October 21st hit-and-run near Frederick Avenue and 22nd Street. Authorities report a light-colored SUV hit another vehicle around 8 a.m. after leaving the City Star parking lot and then continued westbound without stopping. The SJPD Traffic Unit is asking anyone who witnessed the incident to contact the Traffic Office…
