St. Joseph’s Krug Park Begins Major Renovation

St. Joseph’s historic Krug Park is now undergoing extensive improvements as part of a $12.7 million modernization project. Crews have begun specialized masonry work on the 102-year-old castle, which will be transformed internally with a new reception area, restrooms, and event space. The adjacent playground is also set to become a new theater-style entertainment venue.…

St. Joseph’s historic Krug Park is now undergoing extensive improvements as part of a $12.7 million modernization project. Crews have begun specialized masonry work on the 102-year-old castle, which will be transformed internally with a new reception area, restrooms, and event space. The adjacent playground is also set to become a new theater-style entertainment venue. The widespread renovations, which also include the amphitheater and utility upgrades, are estimated to be completed in 2027.
